Where does Honey Twigs Deliver?

We deliver to all cities across India. For any international queries, please write to us at info@honeytwigs.co

How are orders delivered?

We partner with leading e-commerce shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you in good condition and as quickly as possible.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are dispatched promptly within 24 hours and should reach you within 7 working days, depending on your location. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays, public/national holidays, during bandhs, strikes, or in case of natural calamities.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Free Shipping: Orders above INR 400 are shipped free of charge.
  • Flat Rate: For orders below INR 400, a flat delivery charge of INR 50 applies.
  • Inclusive Pricing: All prices include taxes, with no hidden delivery charges

Payments

What payment options Are Available?

  • Online Payments: You can pay using your credit/debit card or Net Banking at checkout. We accept most major Credit/Debit Cards.
  • Cash On Delivery: We also offer the option of Cash On Delivery for your convenience.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

What if I have received a damaged or expired Product?

While it's rare, if you receive a product that's damaged or past its expiry date, we will accept the return and issue a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund. Please keep the original product and receipt for the return process.

What is your order cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@honeytwigs.in.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

How long do I have to raise a return request?

Incase of a damaged product, please raise a return request by writing to us at info@honeytwigs.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

How will I receive my refund?

Prepaid order refunds will be refunded to the source account. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will reach out to you for your bank details.
