3. Delivery Method

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship via reputed e-commerce shipping partners.

4. Delivery Charges

At Honey Twigs we provide free shipping on all orders above an order value of INR 400 and for all orders below INR 400, we charge flat INR 50 as delivery charge. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes and there are no other hidden charges for delivery.

5. How Long Does It Take For An Order To Arrive?

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive your goodies within 10 working days depending on the distance from our works. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday, Public and National Holidays, Bandhs or Strikes or any unforeseen Natural or other calamities.

6. What If The Product Is Received In Damaged Condition Or Past Its Expiry Date?

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. If in case this happens, we would absolutely accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved to make such returns.

7. Order Cancellation

If after placing the order you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at on info@honeytwigs.in for cancellation within 5 hrs of placing the order Once the order is dispatched from our end it cannot be canceled.

Due to any circumstances, if any order is canceled from our end, the customer is liable to a full refund.
